iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

last post was kinda just stupid whining im ngl, i should just take the L and move on. shit happens

every time i dont really want or need something from an artist after paying, they're always insistent on doing something back, but then every time i comm something with the intention of getting something i'm really looking forward to, they run off with my money what the hell is my luck

a very small part of me wants to return to music ranking, tho likely just with top 50 or whatever vids of a given timeframe or label. would save a good amount of time on the recording and editing side of things

i have a lot of these tbh, but a very recent and relevant one that comes to mind is Subnautica 2. i'm a huge fan of the original Subnautica and even enjoyed Below Zero a good amount despite its flaws, but Subnautica 2 just didn't really grab me, even tho most people loved it

might sound weird but i really wish people would directly tell me if they dislike me or have a problem with me, it would make things so much easier than constantly playing the guessing game on whether or not someone tolerates me every single time i interact with someone outside my friend circle

i need to get myself out of the mindset where i feel guilty about reposting nsfw comms i get, i think i stress about it cuz i know not everyone that follows me is following me for that reason, but i have nsfw clearly listed in my bio, and i imagine anyone who doesnt wanna see it has it filtered

claiming my "russelbuck ravepop remixes fan before it became a topic of discourse for some fucking reason" token fr tho idk why people are even upset about it, theyre acting like horny coverarts havent been a thing for decades

i hate that im both the "i made this, it sucks" kind of producer and the "im gonna listen to this track i just made on loop for 2 hours like a true narcissist" kind of producer. idek how cuz these seem like polar opposites but i somehow manage to do both with pretty much everything i make 😭
