I don’t usually go for repro carts but MAN this shit was too cool to pass up 😭😭😭 I’ve always wanted a Japanese Sonic 3 but they’re crazy expensive. This looks utterly beautiful next to the other games AND lets me play a fully customisable Sonic 3K on real-hardware 🔥🔥🔥

Trip's version is the Egg Scorcher Mk. III (the first main boss of Sonic 3). The "legendary dragon" that's revealed in Superstars was originally mentioned (29 years earlier!!!) in Sonic 3's Japanese manual, so giving this machine to Trip was likely a reference to that.

It’s been brought to my attention that I finally broke 10,000 subscribers this last weekend!! Thank you all for being so cool to me, even after an ungodly long break between uploads. Pls rest easy that big superstar projects are indeed in the works. Don’t trip. Much love to everyone 💜💜💜💜

It's a bit crazy Crash N Sane sold over 20m and Spyro over 11m and sequels still had to seem like a battle to make happen Crash 4 is always treated like a financial failure and sold 5m+ which is better than pretty much any non-Nintendo platformer. More than Sonic Frontiers and over double Astro Bot

Ah, shame, guess I’ll be sticking with the Dreamcast games.

From the Steam page for Crazy Taxi: World Tour,

I think I’m the opposite lol. I love watching characters I care about suffer. It’s usually the best part of the show.

“YAAAY” in Palmtree Panic was actually recorded specifically for Sonic CD by Tomoko Sasaki and some of the other ladies in the building at the time.

Seen the Mario Galaxy movie. Wtf that was fun?? Like, funny wee gags, one needle drop and it's appropriate, just a bittae fun? The first one's just Mario goin "my dad hates me :(" and getting the shit beat out him, this one seemed like everyone wanted to be there?
