Technical issues, jank as hell gameplay, disjointed storyline... But at least the cast is likable. The ost is pretty good too. 020

For context, it's a remake of Tag Force 3, which was on the PSP and did not make it to NA. To remake it, add more features and english voices? That's nuts.
