That's so odd. I use DuckDuckGo all the time, never happened to me when I just now went and typed in "futurism." After the AI crapola, the magazine with the Amazon article was the first link and when I clicked on it, it took me directly to the magazine (as above) with no issues.

Do you use an adblocker? UBlock Origin does that when it detects a hinky website BUT it also has done that for legit sites, too. Sometimes it's about the specific code link and not that the site itself is "dangerous." I do use caution, but when it's trying to link legit sites, I go directly to them.

Mine thinks I'm guilty of ripening fruit on the counter before I eat it. Okay, yes, I do. But how the fuck do they know that? I don't use Alexa or Echo; not set up for it. They also seem to think I type of a keyboard that's 25 yrs old. Ha. If only they lasted that long.

You don't want measles as an adult; nearly killed me in late 1970s. Missed the measles vax (developed when I was 15); family dr never mentioned it nor did college entrance require it.
