As a long time public servant (state & city), govt efficiency is always made worse by "budget cuts" that target our resources, often resulting in more reliance on expensive contractors, slow RFP processes, critical projects put on pause (and becoming way more expensive when they restart), etc.

Blatantly illegal. This directly violates separation of powers. An EO cannot nulify a court injunction! And they don't even have easements for a huge section of the pipeline. There's no way an EO can override private property rights. Straight up violation of 5th amendment

That's an issue of the past (in CA, at least). I just did a road trip in an Ioniq 5, and charging stops were as frequent as me needing to pee, get food, stetch, etc... And I never waited more than 5 min. for it to charge after doing what I needed to do. Easy peasy.

Don't forget we're one of the only states that doesn't have a sales tax on services. Most of tech avoids sales taxes because they're delivering digital goods and services, not physical ones. It's so arbitrary and outdated. Also, no sales tax for lawyers, accountants, etc.
