If you see a SoTFest Superstar on the seas, that's a @sotfest.uk VIP! Featuring an icon inspired by @middymidmid.bsky.social's logo for this year's gathering, these pirates either attended as a VIP or earned the Title at the in-person event. It doesn't mean they won't steal your loot, mind!

An emblem showing two tankards in a 'cheers' position, with musical notes and confetti around them and the number 2026 emblazoned on their side. Words read: '2026 SoTFest Superstar, awarded to those who came together to celebrate Sea of Thieves piracy; a dream that will endure into the far future'.

Taking on Sea of Thieves with a drum kit and guitar is no small feat. Thanks again to Underpants Brigade (@LokiJimmyB & @leator.bsky.social) for creating this amazing challenge. Which crewmate would you pick to complete this challenge with? #SoTFestV #SeaofThieves

A group of SoTFest attendees take on a Sea of Thieves challenge using a Guitar Hero guitar and drum kit. One player strums the guitar while another plays the drums, with several spectators gathered around watching and offering encouragement in the busy event hall.

Participants compete in a fun Sea of Thieves challenge at SoTFest using a Guitar Hero guitar and electronic drum kit. One player points towards the screen while another continues drumming, as the guitarist concentrates on the challenge and other attendees explore stalls in the background.

Statement regarding last night's incident.

Hello everyone,

The SoTFest team have been in contact with the individuals affected by yesterday's events and are happy for us to share this update with you.

One of the affected individuals did not go to hospital and was feeling a lot better shortly afterwards.

The other affected individual went to hospital, where they were checked over and discharged after a few hours. The doctors have said they cannot determine the exact cause but believe it was likely food poisoning rather than a spiked drink.

While it is believed this situation was not caused by spiked drinks, we encourage everyone to be careful and keep an eye on their drinks, both inside and outside SoTFest.

We apologise that your evening ended more abruptly than we were expecting, but we hope you all understand that our priority was everyone's safety, and this was not the time for leniency.

Despite these events, we hope you all enjoyed the fifth year of SoTFest!

The controllers feature a pirate-inspired design. Their bodies are predominantly dark charcoal and black, with weathered textures and subtle skull motifs. Large octopus tentacles wrap across the grips and faceplates in shades of grey and deep blue.

The left thumbsticks are bright golden yellow, while the right thumbsticks are vivid ocean blue, creating a striking contrast against the darker controller body.

A matching controller stand is showcased. The stand resembles a giant blue kraken tentacle curling upward from the base. Suction cups and flowing details give it a realistic sea-creature appearance. A controller rests securely within the tentacle's curved embrace
