Don’t even bother going “oh but there’s a NeWcOvEnAnT”. Jesus expressly stated that the law of Moses is eternal, and directly says “I did not come to abolish the Law”. When Jesus talks about the “new covenant”, it’s a reference to Jeremiah 31:33, where god enforces a new, unbreakable covenant.

Also throw in that judges need a reasonable time on a federal bench (and not fucking immigration.) so we don’t have to rely on some dude who just boofed a beer bong promising to not fuck over settled law. Toss in mandatory disclosures and such like too.

Rotate terms, with an 18 year terminus, a new judge every two years takes the bench, with the new judge starting a year into the president’s term. (So the president has a year to get an appointment through.) Senate must hear and vote on all nominations within a certain amount of time.

The problem with how gravity works is that it wouldn’t work on a flat disk. In the center of that disk, you’d be pulled down as normal, but as you got further to the edge, the pull of gravity would still pull you to the center. (And the water. The center would be an inland sea.) So their at #1
