it's maybe a silly thought but totally possible that happened, I think...

020

✨Sly✨ @sorasugarclouds.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

but if the general consensus of Smash having entered the planning state like ~5 months ago is true - what if Sakurai saw the Mina Rivals 2 announcement and was like "well, I shouldn't let 1 character take over multiple plat fighters, I'll choose someone else"

Yacht Club games has already had a great history with Nintendo (shovel knight amiibo, shovel knight assist trophy in smash) and Smash's first indie fighter rep being from Yacht Club's most recent flagship title would make a LOT of sense, right~?

I wonder just how much Mina the Hollower being in Rivals 2 hurts her odds of being in Smash, if at all..? o:

@happy-frog-games.itch.io made a game for the Metroidvania Month 33 Game Jam, titled Trio of Journeys!! I think it is pretty neat, and y'all should check it out c: happy-frog-games.itch.io/trio-of-jour... I composed all of the music, and did the voice work as well~

Another drawing! This time I tried Sketchbook... I really liked it! It felt very easy to understand and use, definitely will be considering it for a main tablet art program :) I got to make use of the move tool and resize tool which was fun, too!

If Smash Bros gets a new game I think they should make these roster changes. What does everyone think? :)

A Smash Bros roster tier list showing who will be kept, who will be new, and who will be cut. Only Kirby and Ganondorf are in "KEEP", while everyone else is in "CUT". "NEW" is composed of Chiikawa, Hachiware, Usagi, Rakko, and Momonga, all of whom are from the Chiikawa series.

I was initially offput by it for so long, b/c of how uncreative many of the creature designs are (some are extremely blatantly Just Pokemon, mixed around slightly..) but that aside, the scope of this game is amazing.. it's massive, and there's a lot of detail and love put into the gameplay itself!!
