Striking public employees in Paraná forced their way into the Legislative Assembly building, where detrimental changes to the state pension system were set to be voted on. The Military Police riot squad was deployed to secure the plenary session, which was moved to another building. Amidst broken glass and twisted metal, two police officers with acrylic shields and masks guard one of the entrances to the assembly galleries.

Striking public employees in Paraná forced their way into the Legislative Assembly building, where detrimental changes to the state pension system were set to be voted on. The Military Police riot squad was deployed to secure the plenary session, which was moved to another building. A public servant exits one of the plenary galleries through its destroyed metal gate.
