The artwork of Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer by Masami Obari used on the cover of the #SNK #NeoGeo AES (JP/NA)/CD (JP), and #PlayStation (JP) releases as well as arcade flyers (JP). Restored by adding a missing bit at the bottom, applying the usual upscale/clean/retouch process.
