In over a year plus with us, I have never seen this dog growl at anything. He is straight up not having it with Pennywise on the neighbor's garage door. Wouldn't come near it even with me standing next to it touching it.

This is an absolutely jackassed thing to do. No surprise given the flag. The black truck easily could be backed up to not block the sidewalk. There was plenty of street parking within a block to not force someone to walk out into the street. It's just the epitome of a fuck you to the neighborhood
