I'm grateful to the 12 steps that help me live one day at a time and not future-trip. I'm grateful that focusing on babysitting my 2 yr old grand and nurturing my clowder keep me able to avoid doom-scrolling most of the day. My power is in the present moment. #12steps

Thankful for my mother bringing me to the library every week in Brooklyn NY. It helped me raise an English teacher who's now bringing her own daughter to their local library. Support your local library by attending their events and showing them your love and appreciation. Support literacy for all!

Everyone loves this new toy the feline behaviorist recommended. I hired her to help with Pippin's issues, and all of her suggestions have woken us all up again. It seems we've been depressed since Samwell Tarly passed last summer. We used to play, the five of them and me, all the time. #cats

My whole food plant-based dinner: I started with a layer of arugula to get my daily serving of cruciferous veggies, then added a baked sweet potato (I had a few ready to go in the fridge). I smothered that with refried beans & salsa, and topped it all with an avocado. Yumminess! #wfpb #plantbased
