If you can't adopt there are lots of other things you can do to help. Foster, volunteer, fundraise, do a supply drive, sign up for your local shelter's newsletter to find out other ways to help. Remember that volunteering doesn't necessarily mean physical labor - shelters need all kinds of skills!

Sketch the drawing on the paper. Scan it (or take a photo with the sketch as straight as possible). Use your mouse and the beizer curve tool to line your art. Bonus points, use FireAlpaca (also a free program) to do rendering, also with mouse. You don't need a Wacom and CSP to get into digital art
