Writers: yes, you are still a "real" writer if you - have never published anything - have no readers - didn't write anything this month - didn't write anything this year - can't articulate words anymore - can only float and mournfully wail - were murdered ten years ago on this very spot

Prehistoric 🦖🦕✨ #art

An image containing eleven illustrations of the complete set of Prehistoric Pals, my design line of prehistoric creatures, against a soft yellow background. These illustrations are arranged in three rows. From top to bottom, left to right:
First row, with four illustrations: Pontus the pink pteranodon, flying happily with his wings open; Teodor the brown T-Rex, roaring proudly with his mouth wide open; Carl the red carnotaurus, with his tiny arms up; Marina the blue mosasaurus, floating in a relaxed manner.
Second row, with three illustrations: Trevor the yellow triceratops, looking back sweetly with his heart-shaped marking on his bum; Sally the green and orange stegosaurus, raising her tail and thagomizer playfully; Vivi the soft yellow and blue velociraptor, running around with her tail up and her fluffy feathers.
Third row: Spud the green and yellow spinosaur, showing his tail sail proudly; Archie the brown and white ankylosaurus, with his heart-shaped club tail raised; Peggy the orange parasaurolophus, ready to run and play; Bruce the green brachiosaurus, looking back with his cute green nose and a soft cream belly.
Additionally, on both sides of the illustration, there are a few small illustrations of some dinosaur fossils, eggs and foot tracks.

ya'll should draw fanart of your friend's ocs, they'll appreciate it Aori belongs to my bestie @dollylaika.bsky.social :> [ #oc #ramen #art #digital #noodles #forest #comic ]

Very vertical artwork designed to be a lock screen, the image shows Aori being surprised with some hot noodles; it's just instant noodles, but they've been spiced up with some finely sliced meat, seaweed and a perfectly gooey egg.

The prespective is bottom up, with the closest thing to the viewer being the ramen, followed by Aori. Centered in the backround within a couple clouds, lies the moon, and the whole backround is framed by the folliage of the trees.

The drawing features nothing but warm colors, i tried my best not to use green, I wanted the backround to just look green by virtue of the noodles

how did this suddenly become my most liked post

10. a tablet i remember having was an amazon fire tablet. it ran absolutely horrid, mainly since it had no cameras and didnt have youtube/google play services.

9. speaking of first technology things, my first gaming console i've ever had was a portable v-tech smile. it was one of my favorite things as a little kid.

8. my first ever piece of technology that i owned was a nabi kids tablet from 2011. i bricked two of them (one by plugging in headphones into the charging port and the other idk) before getting a laptop in 2016. im from the og tablet kid era ;_;

7. my favorite drink will always be ginger ale for the sole reason that it's a soda that's not too sweet or too sour-

6. i'm surprisingly able to doodle consistent things very quickly, usually around 2-3 minutes long in a way

5. i always had a fascination with both technology and weather. it's just been two fluctuating interests i've had for as long as i can remember.

4. i used to have a sleep schedule but i broke it so hard after quarantine and then i broke it more this year due to not being able to go to eep so easily

3. before i even had a main sona, one of my oldest concept ideas for something was an entirely large family called "the oc family". some ocs in the story were the very first versions of my current sona + ocs i use today

2. sometimes i will simply start making tiny noises and it ends up making me go a bit silly (i have no idea how to word it)

1. i used to eat almost all school supplies as a kid (crayons, paper, pencil lead, and even glue). it got so bad one day that my dad tried convincing me that milk was glue just to make me stop

You. Yes you. Stop scrolling. Listen to me for a second. You're going to be okay. Tomorrow's another day and no matter what happens, the best thing you can do is keep on going. The world is better because you're in it and don't let ANYONE tell you otherwise.

drawing your favorite anything is actually a really good way to distract yourself (characters, youtubers, people, anything)
