Sofie @sofleuri.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Thank you. 💔 😥 I am unsure I'll succeed at outliving her though. I don't think I even want to. Speaking for myself, I don't believe it's even possible now. I wish she had the courage of killing me when she realized she didn't want this child honestly. It's that deep. 000

Sofie @sofleuri.bsky.social · 01/10/2026The treatment of AMAB survivors of childhood sexual abuse (inc. non-genital forms of incest) IS PROOF enough that there are MANY issues on which EVIL patriarchy and PRISTINE cisfeminism not only work hand-in-hand together, but actually gleefully so. A reminder that we JUDGE systems at what they do. 073
Sofie @sofleuri.bsky.social · 01/10/2026All downstream from the sacred alliance between patriarchy and cisfeminism 🤍 🤍 🤍 Aren't you SATISFIED? Isn't this world WONDERFUL? Punching down on AMABs survivors of sexual abuse is proof that we can all work together sooooo weeeeell! (To bad for you but F*** YOU signed AFAB-loving cisfeminists) 020
Sofie @sofleuri.bsky.social · 01/10/2026🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂 If someone accuses you of having said something misogynistic I will personally punch them in the face. AFABs survivors of childhood sexual abuse can say all of the most insane shit they want when publicly unpacking their trauma, but suddenly the same standard shouldn't apply here? Fuck them. 120

Sofie @sofleuri.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Sadly, it's actually far more likely that most egregious harm on this planet stems from ignorance (whether willful or unintentional), self-referenced insouciance, the structural incapacity to decenter oneself—all of which end up down the line fueling the bystander effect & reactive antagonism. 000

So they do self inserts on fictional trans women, like how cishet women use BL for relationship fantasies 021
Reposted by SofieSiobhán @shibbi.me · 13/10/2025What else is there, than ostracizing the accused? Organization. The very thing we’re bad at. Proactively protect the members of your community, including the accused. Negotiate apologies, restitution, and boundaries to prevent further abuse. Resolve the issue, and then let it lie. 16/ 282
Reposted by SofieSiobhán @shibbi.me · 13/10/2025Do you know what happens, when a person who’s deeply terrified of being an abuser gets put in a position of power? Often, abuse happens. Not because the person was right about their nature; but because their fear blinds them to their own actions. Every error is a potential ego threat. 11/ 192
Reposted by SofieSiobhán @shibbi.me · 13/10/2025I actually did find myself arguing from the Not All Men side more than once. I was a closeted trans woman at the time, and harbored quite a lot of shame over the impulses of my body, being raised in a patriarchal purity culture. It was deeply important to me to not be seen as an innate abuser. 8/ 181
Reposted by SofieSiobhán @shibbi.me · 13/10/2025I think this is what the most principled of the Not All Men folks think they’re saying: many people still subscribe to the penis = evil model of gender, and that’s harms everyone. We need to make sure we’re modeling the conflict at the material and structural level, not at the ontological level. 6/ 181
Reposted by SofieSiobhán @shibbi.me · 13/10/2025Obviously, the truth is that gender qua gender has nothing to do with it. The modal rapist is a cis man because patriarchy ensures cis men have structural power over everyone else. Cis men are not “naturally” or “biologically” predisposed to rape. Rather, they are inducted into a rape culture. 5/ 1101
Reposted by SofieSiobhán @shibbi.me · 13/10/2025As far as the queers went, we of course allied on the “not cis men” side, as was right and proper. :3 But because MeToo was predominantly a cis movement, its effects broadly reinforced cisgenderism. If you think gender is immutable, and you think men are rapists, then manhood itself is poisonous. 161
Reposted by SofiePear Smoothie🍐🥤 @pearsmoothie.bsky.social · 21/02/2026So in essence: this argument only works if you are perpetually stuck in a loop where you are pointing out how cishet relationships suck for women but never beyond it. They cannot imagine people outside of their cisheterosexual misery, whether by social conditioning or not, can exist in a viable way. 112

Sofie @sofleuri.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Txs for clarifying that. But picrel-wise, I am unsure if the situation described involves transphobia (if yes, how then?) or if is it just the terrible reality of being isolated and being a structural minority 😥 It's however clear that impact-wise, there can be a lot of overlap between the two. 100
Sofie @sofleuri.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Imagine that this a take that will get you cancelled in many supposedly ' 'queer', 'queer-friendly', 'feminist' & 'progressive' spaces. Sofie @sofleuri.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Discussing the subject can be quite difficult—esp. openly. Because most us transsex ppl (trans femmes in particular): ⒈ Are socialized NEVER to never say or even think anything bad about our supposed progressive & queer 'allies' ⒉ Lack a general idea of what we are talking about in the first place 100
