3 days. 40+ interactive sessions. Zero keynotes. No vendor pitches. Just software engineers who care about their craft. Come chat about the software making craft, tools & infrastructure, team dynamics, future trends, and human factors in engineering. And, well... AI". 🐘 Ready for this year's event?
Another picture of the sessions canvases, which are three big white canvases aligned horizontally side by side on wooden stands, creating one big long horizontal canvas. It is meant to be filled with a lot of big colorful sticky notes that have text inside and to split event in time slots and conference rooms and let people know what is happening in each room during each hour. Only one person is standing in front of a series of canvases that have the session items (turned the other way around facing the wall so that the participants cannot see the exact time slots before the finalization of the marketplace). More people are lined up on the right and are waiting for their chance to propose the sessions while the rest of the participants are eagerly listening to the ideas proposed and considering if they want to propose something as well.

Some of the best developer conversations happen where inspiration flows freely 😌. Whether you want to host a session outdoors or just want to grab a coffee find a quiet spot and talk through an idea - our unconference has made "room" for that, with extra outside space options as well. 🌴😎
A session hosted in the outside space with the church. The setting has on the background and left a church, cobblestone pavement and a stone bench and a big tree on the right. The tree is casting a big shade and 8 attendees are having a session in this outside space, with one attendees standing up hosting the session and the rest either sitting on the bench or on the floor.A session hosted in the outside space on the beach. The setting has on the background a sunny beach and the sea and is located in the beach bar of the hotel. 7 attendees are having a session in this outside space, under the shade of a straw umbrella and sitting in wooden chairs.

A big white sheet pinned to a white canvas. It contains a list titled 'Continuous Integration Pains'. The list includes: waiting in queue, slow pipelines, flaky tests, runners that don't run, race conditions, pipelines that only work on a single branch, needing to push a commit to trigger build, not running on latest head, timeout after hours, too many tests in one pipeline, stuff disappearing from the internet, github actions deprecating old jobs, being forced to update, being forced to implement CI/CD, caches or no caching, zipping and unzipping, relying on pre-installed dependencies, big download sizes, debugging them and having to connect to a runner to do it, host or self-host outages, runner cleanup and legacy pipeline code!A group of people is seated in a circle arrangement of chairs inside a well-lit room. Only one person is standing and is near a whiteboard, actively presenting or leading a discussion, at the top of the sheet it says "CI Pains" and the preser is currently writing on the white canvas. How does a day start in the event? Everyone is in the main room, grabs pen and writes session ideas they want to propose, and picks time and location. It's 10am, first sessions: - Approval testing - Frontend + Backend or Full stack? - What irritates you about your ci/cd? Which would you choose?
A big white canvas on a wall. It is filled with a lot of big colorful sticky notes that have text inside. It is meant to split event in time slots and conference rooms and let people know what is happening in each room during each hour. The first events of the day are at 9:50-10:40 and cover all rooms except the Elsewhere one. On Megas Alexandros there's is discussion called "Refactoring legacy code based on approval testing".
