Though we’re disappointed to not see urgently needed cleanup this year, we’re grateful to the leaders who fought to #FixSB131 at the end of this legislative session. You are true champions for environmental justice. Let's get this across the finish line in 2026.

200+ groups are calling on legislators to fix SB 131. This bill’s CEQA exemption for “advanced manufacturing” could greenlight toxic projects near homes and schools without environmental review. It also leaves endangered species habitats unprotected. Learn more: drive.google.com/file/d/1VicO...

In an era of harmful rollbacks of environmental regulations on the federal level, Californians must not lose their protections under state law. California can show that progress must not come at the sacrifice of communities and the environment.

Scramble tofu the same as you would scramble eggs, or add tofu to eggs so they go farther. Add sauteed onions, herbs, spinach, broccoli... Tofu takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it. Use organic to avoid GMOs. Firm tofu holds up in recipes. Have you tried scrambled tofu or tofu "egg" salad?
