Ngl, OSRS did set a very bad precedent for the MMO space: Why create a new exciting MMO when you can just release the one that was already successful to begin with? And then you re-release it again, and again and again. 0 risk, cheap, infinite profit.

A guy with 9 billion monthly spotify streams won the golden gnome? No one saw that coming! Imagine jagex paying you to something, essentially doing cross promotion and then gaining a community award related to creative efforts regarding the game. Jagex truly is irrecognizable from what they were.

Sometimes i get annoyed when ppl assume that gay people have some reason to be transphobic, like their sexuality is threatned or something. The reality is that they grew up in a cishet society and learned gender from it. Trans people are the same, which is why some trans ppl are super transphobic.

Crazy that most of these i haven't played in ages, but they are the ones i played tongs growing up. In some cases here i decided to pick only 1 from a franchise to not clog the list. i just picked my fav from each. (Osrs, RaC, Jak, Sly, GT and AoE all fall in this category).

That's where i'm ending my league. Unfortunally i didn't have as much time to play as i wanted, so i made the decision to go pet hunting isntead of hunting dragon and getting disappointed. League pet hunting is my thing now. We got 24(25 if you count the 2nd KQ version) new pets! From 3 to 28!

I know i've talked at lengh about the new UI but i really did like the old one from the perspective of aesthetics. The lil details making it seem like chiseled stone looked so good. New one just feels super flat, specially when talking about the in game screens.

One of the coolest philosophies British Shores has had is that they update the game under the idea of "you don't have to do this but it's easier and more efficient if you do so" So you always have room to engage with your favourites parts, but are also encouraged to engage with the rest.

One of the cool parts about leagues is being able to try new bosses that i haven't in main game. And let me tell you, holy shit Runescape needs to get better at making bosses more noob friendly. If i have to open to wiki just cause im stuck at a mechanic, you made a bad boss.

The more i play RS/OS the more i realize insta kill mechanics aren't very fun, they're just fucking annoying to deal with. Like, as iconic as Jad is, now a days i just feel this anxiety of not wanting to died because holy shit it's an hour of my life, instead of finding it a high stakes hard fight.

When i said new UI makes things less visible this is what i mean. With the blue, it was so much easier to discern what options were available and which ones weren't. With this one, everything just blends together. I'm so goddamn hopping plugins allow me to change colours
