Now that the time of day is editable after the fact, the Super Scribblenauts Any% WR History is more accurate 🥳 Previously one of my runs wasn't included in this list because Aero changed the date on one of their PBs and it defaulted to midnight UTC, pushing it back to the previous day in US time.

Haven't decided what I'm going to submit to AGDQ27 yet but I think reusing Streets of Rogue co-op, Wario Land II, and Scribblenauts are all good. I'm also considering SoR singleplayer (Any% SSA is pretty easy to finish runs with even if they suck) but I don't want to detract from co-op's odds...

SoR: I got a PB that was 8 seconds off WR. I don't like how much more impactful some RNG details are in this category (some mission types are way worse for the pacifist char and you want to not roll them). We'll see if I get there 💣: I've gotten 3 WRs in a row, and have a final goal to work towards

I've been on a road trip for the past 10 days. Bringing a DS was a wonderful decision, as a chud gamer who can't drive In 2 days, I shall: - Take back the Streets of Rogue WR that I lost right before leaving - Recast my Bomberman 2 speedrun notes, then stream attempts for WR (I've been practicing!)

It took a couple months, but I managed to get all of Streets of Rogue's single player records! I don't expect these to stay here forever, and it's not like I came up with any new strats, but I think I've made a mark by just pushing the game further. Now I can focus on other things for a bit?

wow… I actually got the world record in the main category, by 20 seconds! this is the first run I've ever completed as Werewolf in this category, since it's so hard to get runs past the first 3 zones (or even the first 3 levels). +4 WRs. These were easy I guess; just had to learn the seed that the previous WR holder used for all 4 of the (pretty similar) runs. What remains are 2 more up in the air categories, which I need to find a good seed for, and 5 more difficult and potentially mind-numbing random seed categories.

my Streets of Rogue conquest is peaking... the really hard and reset-heavy categories are basically all that remain (not counting pacifist seeded). it's annoying to run when you're not getting what you need, or if you are, something terrible may happen at any moment (level layouts/missions/death)

Wasn't expecting a WR at all, but while playing Any% SSA I got a lucky seed for Cardio SSA (Cardio means you can't get 2 traits that make teleporting easier, and SSA means you use a unlockable and more OP character variant), beating the current WR by 32 seconds! 📼▶️ chargedgarlic.net/video.php?id...

Rhythm Heaven Groove is cool. I played through the first 6 remixes and got all medals along the way. Might stream the journey through postgame/all perfects when I have time, although it's a genre that demands focus and I imagine that the people who are interested in the game are probably playing it

got myself a CheatBox just for fun and because it was cheap (on discount for $18 before shipping). unfortunately that seems to come at a cost, since the mechanical switches have a chance to retrigger when you release the key, which is detrimental for quick menuing and gaming. debounce doesn't fix it

This run was just like 3 major mistakes away from being WR and 1:08. It's a PB by ~1m40s so that's definitely a good improvement already; clearly, practicing the levels I play less often pays off.

I totally fell off WL2 100%. It's been a bit over a week so I can't be terribly rusty, but honestly I already got my goal of WR and I'm fine quitting a bit short of the full potential. If someone beats it then of course I'll try again. Maybe All Levels is next? I need to get a PB that isn't chopped

Forgot to post earlier but I am closer to WR now! Early game splits will be a bit tougher to run against since I grinded for coins for like 4 fewer minutes, but there's a couple timelosses later that I'd love to even out. Going away for a week starting Wed so let's hope rust doesn't settle in 😸

at the end of March I did a lot of route testing and timing for WL2 100% (to know which coins to get, since they're used for required minigames), and now that K-STAR is over I can devote time to attempts. My first completed run is 2nd place, but it's pretty bad and WR is ~13 minutes away

Streets of Rogue: Any% Duos with custom characters. Very fast paced run; the loadout is a more convenient version of vanilla characters. Instead of Robot for support, I suggested a Demolitionist build, since it's a bit more efficient for stat points and you don't have to worry about ammo. #speedrun

I've been quiet the past two weeks while trying to get to emerald rank in MCSR Ranked. I didn't quite get there (at peak elo I needed ~4 more wins but then I lost my last couple games before the server closed). Now that the season is over I think I'll queue less often and practice/learn more often.

I swept the other two difficulties, and now have a sub 30 WR in all 3 :3 Difficulty boosts how many points you need to win battles, as well as your opponents' materials and strategy. Hard mode is quite challenging unless you craft strong cards early. 📼▶️ chargedgarlic.net/video.php?id... #speedrun
