Northern Maine and downeast is an incredibly conservative environment and before I gained curiosity and utilized my wait and see kind of attitude (especially growing up evangelical Christian) I had some horrific ideas about people and things in general. And I am happy that in time I met ppl like u.

Being a guy who grew up in northern Maine I can really relate to having lame ass views previously in life due to environment. I am surrounded by chuds. But thanks to the internet and my own curiosity, I have pulled myself out of being a pile of shit within the last 15 years.

I think my biggest thing would just be his message now,I live in Bangor, Maine, and I have heard really good things about this guy. I wouldn’t say I am doubling down but I am certainly hanging back for a minute before I go on a pissed off tirade about it. He could be great for my LGBTQ+ friends.
