While Contreras may be somewhat right about the use of analytics, I'm pretty sure "baseball" would agree with analytics that 99% of the time on balls hit like Chisholm's in the 2nd inning with nobody on and 2 outs the 1st baseman should cover first base instead of standing there watching. #RedSox

Mickey Gasper was a joy to watch this season, and his efforts deserved a post season opportunity. I can't help but feel awful for the guy. I'm sure this season was everything he could have hoped for, for a guy that worked so hard to be in the show. Injuries are so much more than physical. #RedSox

Bello with a QS (1 ER, 10 Ks, and 0 BB) and a 7th inning that didn't start in an ideal way, but he kept his head and got out of it unscathed. Run with it kid. The #RedSox are gonna need exactly that in the playoffs.
