I find it kinda amusing that society acts like autistic people can't view things outside of a strict binary when someone of us just get lost in a sea of gray. For someone with "uncertainty is hell" condition I find a strange sense of comfort in the inbetween. (until it gets really frustrating)

Art does not need to be "good" to justify its existence. Hiding a toxic brand of personal distaste and hate one may have towards a work and disguising it as "criticism" completely undoes the efforts to keep the power of art within the public. Proper criticism never takes over the artist's autonomy.

You don’t have to like it when people you follow online fail. The problem is, social media offers a very incomplete picture. Not everyone sees the ways we hold ourselves and others accountable offline, and how we’ve changed through the years. Be uncomfortable - but remember that’s still a person.

Was it stupid for me to spend nearly $800 on music festival tickets in the most uncertain year of my life yet? Perhaps but the regret would have hurt far more. Have to hold onto something this year and the wait to October is going to be torture and uncertainty is my fear... tackling that head on.

Proud (yet embarrassed) to admit that I managed to walk off my first "real" bike wreck. Misalignment of my handlebars, made worse by a pocket of sand or some sort of bump caused me to spill on the sidewalk for all of the highway to see. Just a skinned knee + stinging hands. Glad I had on layers...

Begging for this site to give people the option not to be included in lists. Given that they often serve as mass block lists (and while that can be handy for some folk) innocent people can get stuck in them and it just ends up serving as a harassment campaign.

Fursuit head WIP... isn't going as bad as I feared for my first head. Just needs another round of shaving and finishing details (Base by @fuzzbuttfursuits.bsky.social)
