I let the ending sit with me and these thoughts came to surface;
"honestly I didn't really gaf about jax the entire time of the series, but the ending with what was shown about him made me kinda. vulnerable lol?
I've been in a place where I've been a jax, where I was hurt by deeply trusted/loved people and though being a jerk would be a justified coping mechanism.
But growing up made me realize that wasn't ok because it's not going to help the relationships I truly wanted to cultivate, and I think that's what Jax realized (but a little too late lol) despite knowing truly he will be ok.
everyone in the circus basically represented snapshots of their life, and knowing that while it wasn't perfect everyone was doing ok still I think was a good note for everyone to end off on. Because I think that's a good calling for life in general.
TL;LR yes I must admit the rabbit got tears out of me too"
