Nella struttura per rifugiati nella zona centrale del Paese sono stati trasferiti due anni e mezzo fa circa 300 cittadini greci in seguito a un'alluvione. A oggi ne sono rimasti una trentina insieme a 1.500 richiedenti asilo, per lo più sudanesi. Quello che viene rivendicato come un "esperimento mondiale" mette in luce in realtà "il governo degli sfollati", che tratta le persone con disprezzo, riproduce precarietà e lede l’accesso ai diritti
