One of my high school friends, Alex Stoll, was the first full-time employee of Joby and one of the smartest people I knew. Before his untimely death in 2023, he pioneered their electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft — the basis that their current lineup of air taxis employee. Very cool!

Took me a few hours to trace all the routes — originally I wanted to do each letter on their corresponding street; however the diagonal letters made that unfeasible. With diagonals: needed to find any open space (parks, parking lots, etc). Running took all of 3 days to finish do!

Ran routes for each of the 26 English letters up in the Avenues in Salt Lake City. From the GPS data, I created a “Strava Font” that I could use to actually type of sentences on my computer! Fun! It was a total of 20 miles across 3 hr 11 min of run time.

Get this garbage out of my neighborhood — did my best with water and sandpaper, need some more heavy duty supplies. If you live in Salt Lake City and have a battery powered belt sander, the location is 2100S and 1300E on the south side of KFC.
