I couldn’t resist doing a slothtaur myself.

Finally got my paws on the Dark Ateneum by @jpahonen.bsky.social . It’s every bit as great as I expected.

Fifty years of absolute pleasure! Happy Slothy Horror Picture Show day! #RockyHorrorPictureShow #sloth

Digitally painted reproduction of the Rocky Horror Picture Show 25 year anniversary DVD cover, but the title says Slothy Horror Picture Show, and all the characters are anthropomorphic sloths.

I made a silly. With apologies to both J.R.R. Tolkien and Ralph Bakshi. #humor #silly #cartoon #LordOfTheRings

Two panel cartoon drawn in the style of Ralph Bakshi’s Lord of the Rings animation. First panel has Gandalf holding up a finger and saying “You must leave behind the name Baggins. When you go, go as Mister Underboob.” The second panel shows Frodo, saying “Say no more!” His shirt and vest have been cropped short, showing a copious amount of midriff and the undersides or rather sizeable breasts.

Some of my least worst sloths from the long since defunct French Girls app. The idea of the application was that you would send in selfies and other people would draw them. I, obviously, turned people into sloths. #art

Digitally painted portrait of an anthropomorphic sloth wearing fancy jewellery in an art nouveau inspired style.

Digitally painted picture of a cartoon sloth in chibi style sitting in a small wooden boat, brandishing a toy sword while wearing a pirate hat, eye patch, and drinking from a flask.

Digitally painted reproduction of the Arts: Dance by Alphonse Mucha, except it’s a chibi style cartoon sloth.

Artist problems. My take on the distracted boyfriend meme. Original photo by Antonio Guillem. #art #meme

Digitally painted reproduction of the distracted boyfriend meme, original photo by Antonio Guillem. A young man and his presumed girlfriend are walking down a street with him turning back to look appreciatively at a passing by woman. The girlfriend looks at him with an appalled expression. In this reproduction, the background, the distracted boyfriend, and the girlfriend are rendered in a photorealistic style, while the woman passing by is a cartoon character with hard outlines and flat colours. The man is holding a paintbrush. Caption: “Me painting”.

The #Lego Batmobile is big. Probably way too big. And I am disappointed that the bat emblems on the sides were stickers. In fact, apart from the minifig, the hub caps were the only printed pieces in the set.

Today I built the Lego Ideas Polaroid camera. Looks great, and the functionality is a lot of fun! #Lego

Photo of the Lego Ideas Polaroid OneStep box, set #21345.

Photo of the finished model, showing the camera itself, the film box, and three “photos”. Looks remarkably like the real thing. The photos display different Lego scenes, a person eating outside on a cafe patio, the Lego house, and a person looking at a film roll. The people are, of course, Lego minifigs.

Photo of the camera, with one of the “photos” coming out of it.

I built a cute little Lego Ankylosaurus today.

Bag 40 finishes off with the great Eye itself, which is a truly delightful piece of Lego geometry.

Close-up on the Eye of Sauron from the Lego Barad-Dûr set. The brown to black gradients, along with a backlit transparent orange eye make the top of the tower look like it’s really glowing.

Bags 34 to 39 finish the top section. Look at its floppy little ears! Only the Eye itself left to go…

Photo of the top section of the tower from the front. It’s a very tall, very imposing, and very black structure, with what look like floppy dog ears on the sides near the very top.

Nineteen bags and the first of the three instructions booklets gives us the first level of the tower. There is a neat mechanism that makes the gates open in unison. #Lego
