It's not really a ton of games yet, but I'll certainly take a 55% win rate on #PokemonTCGLive. Definitely seeing some new match ups as people are testing things with the release of 30th Celebration. #Pokemon #PokemonTCG

I won't be able to see it in 30ish minutes during peak but here's what I could get of the #eclipse with my phone just a few minutes ago

This derpy face every time the phone rings just kills me. 😂 Getting close. Got me a Dragonite finally. One gym, titan, and star badge remaining. Then E4 and Dex completion. 189/400 so far. #Pokémon #PokémonViolet

Slothmonster @sloth.monster · 23/08/2026

Been playing some #Pokémon Violet (because robots > dinosaurs) and really enjoying it so far. These newer gens seem to have removed most of the level grind though, which upon further research is a good thing since THERE ARE 400 POKÉMON IN THE BASE DEX! 😅

My sister got me playing #AnimalCrossing and all I'm doing is making #Pokémon #pixelart clothing. I love my Squirtle shirt.

Just finished #MetroidDread for the first time. Was NOT expecting the story to go the way it did. Super fun and very challenging game. I love the #Metroid series.

Thanks, Lina. Not much to be done right now but wait it out. Whole family at my sister's. Whole area is a dangerous disaster. Highest number I saw was 301k/500k out of power. www.cbsnews.com/chicago/news...

For those not in discord I'm down for the foreseeable future. Severe weather put a tree through our roof. Nobody's hurt except the house and my car's windshield.

Missed out on #screenshotsaturday this week, but we made a ton of progress through today's stream, prototyping this dumb #incremental #metroidvania idea I have. Huge thanks to everyone that came by, hung out, and even helped. #godot #gamedev #indiedev #OverlyAmbitiousFirstGame

I learned this tonight. I made this tonight. Thanks Bob Ross for teaching me without me knowing you were teaching me. And thanks to everyone that came by the stream to support. Didn't know I had this in me. <3 #aseprite #pixelart #gamedev #indiedev

Practicing #pixelart by trying to recreate some of my favorite classics. Here's #MegaMan from the power up screen and #Samus from #MetroidFusion. These took me a couple hours in #aseprite because I'm slow and terrible. I would NOT want to animate that Samus sprite. HO-LY!

Starting into day 15, I'm feeling much better after learning how to an implementing version control via github yesterday for day 14. More good but slow progress. Day 15 goals - functional options menu access. If that is done I can try to refine player movement. #godot #gamedev #indiedev

Don't play #UploadLabs. It's a trap. I can't stop trying to optimize. Please send help. The Matrix has me.

Slothmonster @sloth.monster · 24/07/2026

Day 13 was a wild 12.5hr stream with an absolute TON of progress. Just about got this first project wrapped. Hopefully after some sleep, next session will be the one that knocks it out. Huge thanks to those that came by, hung out, and helped me through some of the coding. #godot #gamedev #indiedev

Slothmonster @sloth.monster · 23/07/2026

Despite not feeling well, I made a lot of progress today. Should hopefully be able to actually finish this up and publish by the end of the week? Maybe? Anyway, day 12 update :) #godot #gamedev #indiedev #MyVeryFirstProject

Day 10 work: Menus & Sound Awake again for too many hours, but I am so close to getting this all tied together and actually FINISHING my very first project (based on Brackeys 2D tutorial). Time for a short nap then back at it. Almost there... #gamedev #indiedev #godot #noob

Slothmonster @sloth.monster · 18/07/2026

Day 7->8. I got all of the second level built out. Now I need to learn how to properly transition between levels. What I'm REALLY happy about is figuring out how to solve my "ambitious" idea to tear the level wall down which became a mini cutscene. Little things #gamedev #godot #indiedev #beginner

0105

Slothmonster @sloth.monster · 17/07/2026

Yesterday's first ever #gamedev stream was really fun. Made a lot of progress and actually completed all of the coding for proper level completion. #godot #indiedev #MyFirstProject

0123

Slothmonster @sloth.monster · 16/07/2026

And this took me soooooo freakin long to figure out how to do when the solution was WAY easier than I was originally trying to engineer. I KNOW HOW TO KILL ENEMIES NOW! What a dopamine hit. #godot #noob #gamedev #indiedev

I am now 6 days in and this has already been a wild ride. I'm definitely in the "obsessive" phase right now, learning and working on stuff in every available moment. I'm tracking my learning plan and slowly making progress. It's really not much but man it feels good. #godot #noob #gamedev #indiedev

I have essentially been drinking from a firehose for the last 4 days trying to find the right resources and in turn learn two brand new skills simultaneously. Not much to show for it yet, but hey, I learned to make some pixel art. #aseprite #godot #noob

Good morning to me I guess. In the 15 years I've posted to YouTube I've never had this happen before. Don't think I'll be doing any more reaction type videos again. Not sure how full react channels do it. I have(had) only 6 react videos and got a strike. Now I have to go to copyright school :)
