So nearly 6 months late, my #HiyaToys Kelvin-era Enterprise has finally arrived and, all in all, I'm happy with it. It looks great and the lights are awesome. The only negative is the motor in the bussard collectors, which is really noisy. It's a nifty gimmick, but too loud to really use. #StarTrek

So that was Transformers - The Movie, the 40th anniversary and narratively it's a mess. The dialogue is, for the most part, just there to get us from one set piece to the next. Characters don't TALK to one another, they just spout lines that are only tangentially connected to what went before.

"Free Palestine" and the image of the Palestinian flag were hurtful to a lot of people he spoke with. I told him that if those words were more offensive than tens of thousands of Palestinian children being killed by Israel, then there was a fundamental disconnect between where those people stood and where I stood.
