I dunno, I think if you run a gi clinic you have an obligation not to supply ultra thin toilet paper. Absolutely contemptuous behavior for your patients. In an ideal world you'd have a bidet but if youre giving people with chronic diarrhea see through toilet paper, youre actively antagonizing them.

Peri is terrified of the vet, poor thing. But it's kind of funny that he doesn't care about needles or stethoscopes or temperature checks. In fact he prefers all of that to being touched by their hands, poor thing.

Fuck shit fuck now I need a dentist and I just got a letter telling me my old dentist suddenly isnt in network and if you ask the insurance company they can't or won't tell you who you can see and the last time the nearest I could find was an hour away. Insurance still lists them but thats a lie

The vet gave me gabapentin for the dog. Told me to do a dose the night before and a dose the morning of. However the instructions on the bottle just say one dose and the rest is taken up by a note asking me to test it and call them with an update - something they never asked in person. Quite annoyed

A habit I have as DM is making NPCs that behave as though they have as much power and leverage as they do in the world of the game. Which players interpret as arrogance because they are themselves extremely arrogant.. Then the players refuse to go along and I have to improv something.

Ally's early direct deposit would be nice if it wasn't random. Some months it's 3 days early. Some months it doesn't happen. Can't be disabled. Juuuust consistent enough that you start to plan on it. It's far more upsetting and disorienting to be expecting to have money and not than to be broke

Ok my lower back has noticed I fell. Ow. I didn't fuck up my barely held in place by frayed string of a shoulder, though. Managed to twist in the air and land on 3 points instead of 1. Elbow, hip, and knee instead of stiff arming the dirt and shredding what's left of my rotator cuff.

The thing with ai speech patterns is they trigger finely honed instincts that tell me when someone is trying to get me to do something I don't understand is inappropriate or embarrassing. Admittedly they were taught to me by schoolkids are maybe a little overtuned but I think they're right here.
