Ontario has banned declawing of cats and ear cropping and devocalization (debarking) of dogs. The text of the law reads: "The following procedures are prescribed [...]" I think they meant "proscribed." Is it possible that "prescribed" is correct? www.ontario.ca/laws/regulat...

Hey #NHLBuffaloSabres, stop using strobe lights. Lots of people get migraines from flashing or strobing lights, even if the lights are on TV. Let the game be enough.

Tomorrow night, April 17, Pierre-Laurent Aimard will play Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier, Book 2, at Jordan Hall in Boston. From Aimard's Book 1 performances, I expect more pedal than I prefer, but I've never heard the WTC played live and so I'm stoked anyway. #ILiveForBach

On behalf of the people of Boston, and in solidarity with the cities and communities targeted by this federal administration for our refusal to bow down to unconstitutional threats and unlawful coercion, we affirm our support for each other and for our democracy. Simple pleasures: the way dental floss gets curly at the end of the roll.

About a foot of dental floss from the end of the roll. It's curly like hair with spiral ringlets and dangling in front of the camera. Behind it is green and black tile and a cream-colored shower curtain with green stripes.
