Loved #Mickey17. Expected that it’d be entertaining (it was) but I was surprised to also find it moving. Robert Pattinson & Naomi Ackie both fabulous. First great film of 2025. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Still think it was such an injustice that All of Us Strangers didn’t get more awards recognition last year. It was beautifully heartbreaking ❤️‍🩹

Anyone starting a betting pool on how long Elon Musk will last in the Trumpsphere? No way the orange one is ok with Musk grabbing his spotlight.

Both of the Taiwanese airlines, EVA Air & China Airlines, are not allowed to fly over China for their European routes. So their flight times are 2+ hours longer than their competitors. Just another example of Taiwan having to work harder to exist as a nation. simpleflying.com/eva-air-euro...

The Airspace Complications Surrounding EVA Air's European Routes

The carrier is unable to take the most direct route as it is unable to fly over mainland China.

Beef noodle with soup that’s “2608-day old” according to the restaurant. Not sure if that means it’s been stewing for 7 years or been sitting in the freezer for that long, but, yes, tasty.

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Didn’t know what to expect, but was quite moved by this lovely little film. Impressed with the writing & directing of Jesse Eisenberg. And always happy to see Jennifer Grey working. 💃

PLA holds its largest maritime military drills in years to intimidate #Taiwan. Naturally, Trump invited Xi Jinping to attend his inauguration. 🤯

Can we find a way to BOTH condemn the gun violence that killed an innocent man AND express our fury about the exploitative healthcare system at the same time? ‘Cause these are two of the most broken things in the U.S.

Never read any of her books, but my aunts took me to see almost all the adaptations to movies. It’s how I came to worship Brigitte Lin 林青霞 and probably one of the reasons I became a filmmaker.

Pres. Yoon describing martial law as a necessary measure to eradicate these “shameless pro-North anti-state forces.” #SouthKorea Seemed to have come out of nowhere. I’m nervous watching from Taiwan. What does this mean for stability in East Asia?
