so a little while ago i was looking at some monster hunter models just to vaguely kind of study topology. they came with some really tiny armature bones and i tried to scale them up to see what was up with that... accidentally created ultimate beauty

they're so weird i love them! it is strange how dissimilar the scribs seem to be. they act like foragers but look vaguely closer to workers. they're larval stages; my best guess is the forager & worker are the two distinct species morphotypes, scribs are what hatch & can develop into either form

speaking of games. if you too like Big Mushroom Games (Morrowind, Caves of Qud) can i recommend Dread Delusion It's very much in a similar vein to these games and I think it fits quite well among the hallowed halls of Big Mushroom Games. I wouldn't call it perfect but I was very satisfied with it!
