I just don't want my next trip to go like my Ireland trip. The country and people were great but I was broke and also the food fuckin sucks (sorry) so I ended up having a non optimal time.

Id actually love to pay lesser airfare and take a trip in the US but the hotel prices are so much cheaper literally anywhere else in the world that Its usually cheaper to do an international trip

dentist office called me from a number my phone flagged as spam saying they've got canceled appts tomorrow, so i call them back and now i've been on hold for 14 minutes. please, i simply desire a tooth cleaning

I didn't go to dyke night last week because I've been too busy and overwhelmed for a night out but I just learned one of my community partners (essentially coworkers) was one of the gogo dancers and it probably would have been a bad look to ogle them mostly naked so this is good I didn't go.

Hopefully FINALLY ditching the dead car that's been in the parking lot for months today. Got the title in the mail so I can actually scrap it.

Still thinking about that convo with that guy because every one of his "bad takes" that would (and has) gotten him yelled at online are like, so easily gently discussed and he did seem open to hearing it! But everyone's so exhausted from yelling at bigots that its too easy just to yell at everyone

Spent 40 minutes this morning talking to a gay man who was so overwhelmed by other people's labels/all the online discourse around identity and trans people being aggressive and defensive about their identity and he takes that as being personal against HIM. I'm glad he was seeking therapy help
