Guess who actually went to bed early at like 10 PM and is still awake at 2 AM? I don’t know why I even bothered.

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

Buffalo chicken pizza is so damn good. My fave pizza, alongside Big Mac/cheeseburger pizza. So. Freaking. Good. And now I’m craving it and I might order it Tuesday.

Truly, looking at the vanilla Skyrim horses and their movements from behind as I ride, it makes me think exactly of the Toy Story horse; a plump fluffy stuffed horse. I guess that's another reason I don't like the vanilla horses. My brain just goes 'stuffed animal,' lol.

It was very briefly; but I used to have an account on there as well and attempted a webtoon/comic on there too. I guess I kinda thought like, that it'd be... well, so many sites just seem like they'll be here forever; until they aren't. : /

Looking through my arts again... pretty lady, very proud of her lips. Two different attempts at my main Skyrim Dragonborn character. I think I like the second attempt best, though not quite fan of the eyes, and the first looks a bit happier.

Digital portrait art of a brunette woman with feline-esque characters such as pointed, slightly furred ears pierced with silver jewelry, and cat-like golden eyes.

Digital portrait art of a Skyrim altmer, with golden eyes and golden hair shorn buzzcut on each side with a long strip down the middle. Also, freckles.

Once again, it is time for one of my favorite pictures of my cat. :D Just look at him. "Mother. What are you still doing in bed, when it is light? Where is my food."(his mealtime may still not have been for some time. Anyway he just looks so... so... ugh cuteness aggression)

A fluffy orange cat framed by a window, fur illuminated by the sun through the blinds, stares imperiously down their nose upon the photographer as said photographer lays comfortable in bed. The cat is hungry.

I love the cheesy. I don’t use the spice sauce packets cause I so can’t handle that half of one would probably send me to hospital. >..< But I make cheesy ramen; also use the noodles and cheese for when I make tteokbokki.

What are her hobbies? If she has any thoughts on what might be going on in Rorikstead if anything, what be they? What kind of home would be her... home? Like is she quiet place middle of nowhere type, or nature-y, likes big home, wants to be near people, tiny home just for her, etc?

If I dream about Skyrim tonight, that would be real nice.

020

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Cause it’s almost 3 AM. Thanks for listening. ✨ and letting me ramble under your post.

010

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

I guess I’ll have to figure who if any would make sense for him to come across & befriend. I like the idea of either/both Kaidan & Flint cause the two of them are so tall it’s just… You got short, skinny Bosmer then these two fucking tanks basically. XD Damn, I typed a lot. Gonna go to bed now. 😅

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

I don’t know what the heck happened with that weird link thing >..> some label thing popped up when I was typing, but I ignored it and then after it showed up under my comment. @.@ But uh. There are any mod followers I think in Whiterun that I have. Theres 4 or 5 around Falkreath though. 9/

100

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

I might have him head to Whiterun, he learns that’s the central city & that there be lots of commerce there; maybe more opportunity to like try to actually bake/cook, earn money that way to head back to high rock. But maybe then he learns… shit. The borders are closed. But then what does he do? 8/

lotsof.com

100

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Another thing I haven’t decided for my character. so much I haven’t pinned down for him. I’ve got kind of his background, the occupation/reason that he was headed for Skyrim, his character, he’s got a lil’ home. but not who partners & companions will be, not how the Dragonborn stuff starts. 7/

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Have everything differently, plot, wise in the beginning, kind of like. The character doesn’t start at Helgen, or maybe they’re not on the block, maybe they’re just passing through, selling their produce before they’re gonna move on, but then of course… Alduin. Stuff like that. 6/

210

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Stuff that makes it feel more real, I guess; like a real person got this burden placed up upon them like yeah they will maybe get real powers but. Like they’re a dishmaid from the bannered mare or some merchants apprentice or… literally a farmer or something. Also like when fanfic authors 5?/

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

And just the logistics of it all, how it all may play out differently than the game does like. How do you take down dragons if the dragonborn can’t fight. How do people deal with that? Who do they choose as their companions? What ways do they get around things? Stuff like that. 4/

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

And with great reluctance/kicking, crying, freaking the fuck out, he will eventuallyyyyyyyy be doing Dragonborn business. Eventually. I can’t really do it through playthroughs but I like to read fanfiction where like, dragonborn isn’t this boldish hero type & they don’t know how to fight, 3(4? Idk)

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Stay squishy & somewhat of a coward I mean. Some people like me probably oh, I could learn a few ‘moves’ or something, but could never actually learn to fight, am not that type of person; don’t have that kind of body, focus, stamina etc. He does eventually learn he’s Dragonborn though 2/

111

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

I do know he’s not going to join the dark brotherhood. He miiiiiiight join the thieves guild but I’m not entirely certain; same for the companions guild like maybe in the future, he’d gather his courage & be like… I should do this & learn to fight just a little bit more. But I kinda want him to 1/

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

But. Yeah. So many followers to decide from. Flint, Gore, future Serana, Is, Rumarin, Alenawe, Kaidan, Neethmarin, Teldryn-how he’d meet him soonish i doth not know lol but I just love Teldryn-,Lucien, several others I can’t remember right now, plus vanilla followers…

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

And he decorates it & stuff to like his liking. And his only weapon is going to be a silver laced shiv. At least his future companions will not want for food. He was on a ship, bound for high rock, to go work at some friends/families’ inn/tavern as a baker & cook. Obviously that didn’t pan out. 5/

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

I do know that(I think) I want him to end up learning some restoration, & he’ll just hang back & heal whoever he ends up befriending/partnering, as they fight. I make house mods so I did make though a home for him outside of dawnstar that canon-wise, an old fisherman bequeaths after death, 4/

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

He’s kind of my comfort character, & like… between a test character, & a serious playthrough character. Romantic partners, & companions/friends is something I’ve still never decided for him. And I’ve recently downloaded several new followers that I have yet to try. Decisionsssssss. 3/

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

He’s skinny & has no stamina, nobody really has any jobs for him, & he’s a scaredy-cat & can’t fight. It’s gonna take him forever to be able to leave.(I have mod that makes carriages & such expensive AF compared to vanilla). Not sure who he’s gonna eventual run into & maybe romance. 2/

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

As is tradition, & expected, & practically law at this point for me… I’ve been fucking around with my mods of course, & I had to restart. Plan is try again short baker-cook Bosmer who starts trapped in Dawnstar after ship capsized off coast & so he had to swim to the city & nearly drowned. 1/

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

A shot I really like from Skyrim, when trying out different ENB type things for Community Shaders. Can't even remember which one this is, to be honest, I've looked at so many.

I might make some olive oil garlic vermicelli pasta sometime in the next month or so(boxed but it’s fvcking delicious). Am not really a wine drinker; every wine I’ve ever tried… from what I googled of it, I can always taste the tannins or some kinda something, so they’re not pleasant for me, sadly.

Made antipasto salad with the leftover noodles/pasta. So good. The cucumber and tomatoes are for my mom. I don’t eat those. 😅 I’m a basic mozzarella, olives, pepperoni antipasto person.

I have 18 or so OC’s for Skyrim. Character wise, personally I adore Farkas-Vilkas can go kick rocks. Teldryn Sero is so lovely he’s been in my dreams several times as bffs/etc, traipsing about Morrowind & chatting w/ me. I always rescue Ronthil from Volkihar castle. ESO, I wanna marry Fennorian.

I think maybe what made a difference to them was that I actually put some chicken broth in the cheese sauce, and also minced onion. Then again, I did use like six different cheeses as well sooooo. Maybe it was that too. XD

000

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Made mac&cheese for our dinner tonight, all by myself. Wasn’t nearly as cheesy as I’d hoped but both mom & dad really liked it, & it was very good. I cooked too much pasta though so there was a lot plain left over that I set aside; maybe we’ll make antipasto salad or tuna salad. :) 1/

I found seven, and made three sealed… things… one kinda like a bookmark, to send to a friend in CA. they’re not that great looking unfortunately. @.@ but I hope she like them anyway. Something from the other end of the country.

Anyone see any four leaf clovers? 😅😆 Sitting here in our lawn, which has a bazillion patches of clovers looking for four leafs ones.

I have an image of little portraits smooshed together of all my characters. And I'm just realizing how many of them have freckles. I guess I like freckles. But it's also hard to get Skyrim characters to have depth & not look flat-faced, & I guess freckles helps w/ that.

010

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

So far, she might shield in one hand & magic in the other, might've had a lot of miscellaneous jobs that enable her to have coin for her travels-she likes to travel-& by time of Skyrim is a merchant atm(maybe), she's poly & pan. Gotta figure partners, housemod 'm gonna use for her, ... n everything.

000

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

-but of course that could change. It changes every time I look at the names again. This is so hard. My Kaidan playthrough's saves all got corrupted; so... going through mods & reorganizing & preparing for orc lady's playthrough & trying to hammer down who she is, her motivations, history, etc.

100

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Once again trying to decide a name for my Skyrim orc lady character. It's so hard. I don't really like any orc names. But looked through em yet again; & (for now) narrowed them down to Darezha(Dar), Kiva, Mordra(Mor), Morgra/Mogra, Solgra(Sol), or Yatava(Tava/Tav). Kinda leaning Yatava or Mordra. 1/

Tornado warning here; we(my town) be or were between two of them. And some CRAZY lightning like geez. And clouds. Gabe seems fascinated by the lightning, not at all bothered which surprised me. I dunno how sensitive cats eyes are so I finally turn him round myself, to face away from window.

000

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 29/08/2026

Posted some cat pics/my son in a discord & when I was going through them it was all, 'oh god... oh my god he's so cute. I can't. ajd;kfjdjsadsa he's so fluffy goddamnit-' type stuff. The cuteness aggression is real. I just wanna squish him.

000

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 29/08/2026

Guess I was about due for another breakdown-was sobbing my brains out while half standing, half laying on bed, also clutching at my cat w/ my face half in his fur as he loafed. He was very nice, didn't leave or kick me in the face or anything. Might sleep good tho. If he doesn't wake me up at 5am.

I’ll dig through my old saved emails and see if it still looks like a somewhat legit site and maybe post link if you want. If it looks okay. But also I alternate between/have a bunch of adblockers, so. 😅

110

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

I dunno how legit they were but my card is fine since so I guess… but I got a custom sized desk mat(mouse pad? I don’t remember the right term) a couple years ago of my own art from some site. I am gonna order from them again when it gets super old and bleh. If they still exist by then.

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

Update ish; it fits on my windowsill with the other plants!…not sure if it’ll still fit when I repot it though. But that can wait a couple days or something.

I asked my mum if it was okay for me to be proud that even though I absoluuuuuutely do NOT have a green thumb, my succulents are all still alive. The ivy’s continued survival is yet to be determined. Goddamn mites.

100

Rose @skyrimrose.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Went to wegmans with mum after a baby sprinkle thingy… got another succulent cause I couldn’t help myself I guess. No idea if there’s room on my windowsill. >..> might re-pot it cause it ain’t got breathing room.

In a shopping cart, is a small sun-shaped succulent with many long, thick leaves. Reminds me of some kind of flower.
