Comet 10P/Tempel has been getting brighter, and SkyMapper has been watching. It roughly doubled in brightness over three weeks in July as it approached the Sun, releasing more ice and dust along the way. This view was captured by SkyKeeper Ian Transom's eVscope 1 in New Zealand through SkyQueue. ☄️
