Whatever she was sneaking about for, I caught her before it could come to pass.

I'm assuming this one just doesn't have the option once I've CCU'd it, because it doesn't now. I can melt it for £FuckAll or upgrade it to something else but it doesn't have the option to gift.

I'm not really bothered about the melt value, it was free in the first place, and I can't gift it to anyone at any point (like I will with my pledges when the time comes to do so) so am looking for an alternative, seeing as the Tonk will never get used.

Unfortunately I'm in a relatively unique situation where I don't have a long term, so waiting on it is kind of pointless, I'd prefer to get something out of it now.

Unfortunately, because it's part of a weird giveaway package (I won it with the Asgard), the Novas melt value is £0, but I can use it to upgrade.

I might just hold onto the Nova for a bit then and see if the Forge will be worth getting a Nova sized discount on it.

So it's kind of redundant with me having the Asgard? I don't do much combat and I have an in game Gladius for when I do.

#StarCitizen peeps, do we like the C1 Spirit? I've got an Apollo Triage, Asgard and Salvation but also a Nova I don't really have any use for and it's an extra fiver to go Nova to C1. Would it be worth?

It's apparently medical month for #StarCitizen subscribers... Any chance of some gameplay then lads? #StarCitizen #MedicalWhenTho

Due to taking a break from #StarCitizen as it's pissing me off, I've been getting used to the Warthog by playing #MSFS2024. It's my first time for many years with a flight sim and I managed to get my Private Pilots License with an A! Really enjoying it so far. #MSFS2024 #MicrosoftFlightSimulator

(3) They need mics dotted around,or on the players themselves, to pick up what the players are saying to each other that can be reviewed when there is an incident such as this, because word against word is a fucking bad way of dealing with it.

(2) Not saying that he wasn't racially abused. Given his opponents demeanour and Argentinian background (they don't have the best rep for this), I can absolutely believe that he would be racist, but I can also believe that Vini would make that shit up because he's such a fucking tool.

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 18/02/2026

(1) The problem with this Vini Jr. racism row is that he's such a monumental prick, that he is absolutely the sort of person who would play the race card just to ruin someone's career if he heard something he didn't like.

There is brief mention in the blurb about non-combat missions, so even though it's not industrial, I took my opportunity to ask about medical 😂

Blessed be the leftover meeting doughnut!

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 12/02/2026

Happy Doughnut Day to all who celebrate.

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 11/02/2026

Hoping for that #StarCitizen referral randomizer luck so I can get both a quad and a bike with one single referral... 🤞

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 09/02/2026

Ooh, back to 3 recruits on the #StarCitizen referral ladder! Hopefully this one doesn't get a refund like the last 😂

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 07/02/2026

Nice one, I'll try that tomorrow. Thanks!

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 07/02/2026

Yeah, I originally used a Star Citizen profile that was available on the Thrustmaster website and ran it through TARGET. So don't run that profile and just map it all directly in the SC options?

100

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 07/02/2026

I've adopted this method. Gone into the game single player and have just began slowly mapping things as I've tried to fly around, to buttons that make feel right for me. Annoyingly, Star Citizen isn't recognising some of the button inputs though, so I'm having to work around that.

Figured out some of this #StarCitizen HOTAS mapping business. Trick is, I've found, to fuck about in Arena Commander free fly and add shit as you go. I can now do basic flight movements! #StarCitizen #HOTAS #MappingNonsense

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

Well, this HOTAS #StarCitizen mapping stuff is a pain in the arse. Was hoping for a profile I could use but it seems no bugger has done one for the Warthog since like the 3.X patches and my noob arse doesn't have a clue how to even go about starting to map my own from scratch.

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

I'm set up in my little corner, both controllers have been found by the TARGET software and I'm running a script for #StarCitizen, but i can't jump in and map everything and practice because I have hours of Benoit talking to get through!

030

Got mine sat in the basket waiting for me to hit purchase.

100

I'm not sure setting it all up and key binding will be a joy, but I'll definitely enjoy smashing into random flora and fauna.

I might have an issue with this too, I have a tiny corner with a tiny desk, but I will persevere!

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 31/01/2026

New toy has arrived! Needs a clean and desk mounts before I can play with it, but I'll soon be crashing into all of the asteroids and hangar openings! #StarCitizen #HOTAS #ThrustmasterWarthog

I might have accidentally bought a used Warthog HOTAS to play #StarCitizen with (hopefully in VR at some point). Looks like I have a lot of time mapping bindings in my future... 😂 #StarCitizen #HOTAS #ThrustmasterWarthog

How about @robertsspaceind.bsky.social, instead of making a new ship because "people don't like the medical gameplay" of the Apollo, you actually give the Apollo medical gameplay so people buy it and use it? Just a little idea... #StarCitizen #RSIApollo #Medicalgameplaywhentho

Pretty new to VR and I've just discovered there's a mod for Mechwarrior 5. Anyone had any experience with it? #VR #Mechwarrior5

ICE versus Ice, what's a more fitting battle?

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 15/01/2026

Dear CIG, this might be a bold ask, but can you make the #StarCitizen website actually remember me, instead of promising such things and then going down the route of forgetfulness? Cheers.

Skye @skyedyson.bsky.social · 15/01/2026

I'm not one to wish bad on people... Actually that's bullshit. America, you have all the guns. Someone point one at the Orange fuck with accuracy, for fucks sake.

It might have been tough to watch these last few years, but Tomlin is a great coach and will no doubt succeed in his next role. Interesting to see where the Steelers go from here, but even if it's a full reset, I'm excited for it. Cheers coach. #NFL #Steelers
