Honestly letting a baby get that close to a dog’s face while standing back and filming is beyond irresponsible. Facial dog bites to infants and toddlers from family dogs (even ones that are friendly in general) are extremely common.

Most women I’ve spoken with love the Terry Butterfly. It didn’t work for me because I have narrow hips but I could see how it would be great for a lot of bodies. I landed on the Selle Italia SLR Lady Superflow (yes it sounds like a tampon) for my road bike. It comes in multiple widths.

Congrats to her. Women’s saddle pain is no joke. It’s amazing how much it’s not just about the saddle itself, but also millimeters of a difference in how it’s titled or where it is the rails that can completely change the ride. It took me years to find the right saddle and sweet spot.

For all the people saying he’s fat means he’s not homeless, definitely not always the case. We eventually took in a stray who hit up every house on the block. He was not thin. That said, he’s got those tomcat cheeks…I’d advise getting him neutered, a true stray is likely not unless his ear is tipped

I’d say I’m mountain biking or road biking on country roads even with no cars around I’d consider a helmet an absolute necessity. Riding an upright sturdy Dutch style bike on a separated bike path in Amsterdam definitely does seem like a different ball game.

Yes. I’m sure. My father and life partner a few years apart. In both cases helmets cracked as they are designed to. One had a tbi that they rehabbed from. The other had a concussion. In both cases every expert involved agreed that the helmet saved their lives. I’ve also had a seat belt save mine.

You realize this is correlational and that factors at play are more likely cultural and infrastructural. Less people wear helmets in countries with lower death rates because streets are overwhelmingly safer for cycling. I know two people who lived bc of helmets and one who died who shouldn’t have.
