How are you today? What an unoriginal starting question. I take another look at him from beneath my eyelashes, having resolved to focus on the blanket and not much else. Santa must have gone back to the North Pole to get ready for Xmas. Or he finally gave up completely. Either way he’s been replaced by a Xmas Sloth. And my excellent photography makes him look like he’s getting beamed up to the Enterprise!

On our morning walk, I noticed a neighbor had placed a sparkly pinwheel right near their mailbox. There was no wind this morning so Kodi didn’t really notice it. I am curious to see if on future encounters, Kodi, my ever skittish Husky runs from it or turns it into a very sparkly “water” wheel. TBD
