🚨 🚨 🚨 The Seahawks are trading WR DK Metcalf to the Steelers for premium draft pick compensation, per me and @tompelissero.bsky.social, as finally(!) Pittsburgh gets its big-play weapon. Metcalf will also get a contract extension to go with the trade.

Does anyone here have any experience making Superfan costumes? I've gotten the inspiration to do so for a couple of games this year, and I've got hella questions about it

I'm here to post again, this time free agents I really have nothing groundbreaking here, I wanna sign Tee, a FA rb to replace naj, and a veteran cb. No names explicitly come to mind, its just the vibes. I will go in depth on my draft analysis tho

000

I'll be looking into the draft for my next series, but for coaching, I'll keep it brief I want Meyer gone, and whoever's calling the defense to have it taken from them On top of this, I'd like to switch to a pass-first approach, with screens/short passes commonly used instead of runs, fat chance tho

000

Idk if dan moore is an issue or if it's just the coaching, but something's fucked up. I want Pat Meyer off the staff, but it's clear they're not gonna do that, so I guess we'll move on from moore. Gimme Fautanu and Brojo on the outside, and let's remove the "both tackles pull" bullshit.

000

As for guys I left out, it's gonna pain me to say this, but I think it's time to let Naj walk. Unless we're giving him a 5/y contract, I don't think he'll be a good fit for us, and he could do so much better somewhere else. I love the guy, but I think he's a better fit for the Charger's style.

100

Mike williams is the weird one. I want to keep him, because I can tell he's got gas left in the tank, but good lord we have to actually throw the damn ball his way. His lack of usage overall does shake my faith in our offensive philosophy, because him and George could COOK if it's schemed up right.

000

Donte Jackson and Damontae Kazee are just good. Jackson proved we won the DJ swap, and Kazee has been a bright spot in our defense for the past few years. Realistically, we can probably only keep one of these two with our cap space, and if I HAD to choose, I'd probably go with Kazee.

100

I'd like Wilson to retire a Steeler, and Fields to be our future. Ideally, we get wilson on a 100m/4y contract, and get fields on a backup contract. I think those two did a really good job over the season of growing, and if we fix up our Oline, we'll be in really good shape for the future

100

We'll see, but I really see our draft position staying as is from now til the draft.

2/x) As for five who I'd like to prioritize, I'd want to prioritize Wilson, Fields, Jackson, Kazee, and Williams. Warren's not a UFA, so he's not an extreme priority, but I'd still love to keep him. Other ones I'd like to keep are Skowronek, Loudermilk, Pierre, and Daniels.

I'm back after that depressive stint from losing the last five games of the year fully, and I want to go over what I think would be the best offseason for my steelers. I'll start off with replying to this every couple of days to research, but i'll start with free agency since that's fresh on my mind

This article is on point, that's why I expect to see soft zone the entire game in third down

Sky 💛🖤 @sky-c.bsky.social · 08/01/2025

I really hope that shit really is just a distraction

000

Respectfully, no fuckin shit coach t. The running game this year hasn't been great, and we should be throwing the damn ball more to open up the run

Congrats man! Y'all fought like hell for it, and the broncos faithful deserve it

020

I got a lot of the order wrong, but I'll take only getting one team wrong in my prediction as a W. If only we didn't have that massive slide to end the year T-T

Idk what it is about us facing the ravens again, but I feel oddly confident. It might be delusion, it might be reasonable, but I have Deke's quote from last year bouncing around in my head "We beat the ravens, it's what we do"

000

I'm so tired of these same ol Steelers. What the hell happened

If I'm 86 on the bulldogs I'm crying myself to sleep over that. He's gotta feel absolutely awful

000

With every score Notre Dame fans would lift people up and do pushups lol this was wild! #notredame #football

This ain't today's game, but here's what they were doing this is the most innocent unhinged shit I've seen a football fanbase do www.tiktok.com/@metcalfe27/...

After they scored the kickoff td to open the half, the camera cut to the ND student section, where they were lifting and lowering planking students like they were working out. I'll see if I can find a clip soon

100

Is it a tradition for Notre Dame fans to bench press their fellow fans in the stands when they score? that shit was hilarious

110

I like the XFL's rules on this, where you can throw two forward passes as long as both occur behind the LOS
