Kraft paid for the whole thing. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gillett...
On April 18, 2000, the team revealed plans for the new stadium in Foxborough.[38] It was announced as a 68,000-seat stadium at a cost of $325 million, with the entire cost privately funded. Boston is thus the only city in professional sports in which all facilities are privately owned and operated.[citation needed] The Kraft Group (owner of the NFL team the Patriots and the MLS team the Revolution) owns Gillette Stadium, the Red Sox own Fenway Park, and TD Garden is owned by Delaware North (the owner of the Bruins) (the Celtics rent the TD Garden from Delaware North).

While trying to solve the exercise, the agents compromised the "package registry cache proxy" [Artifactory] and then attacked a _third_ company's infrastructure to get access to Huggingface. I'm not sure i've seen that third company identified.
the agent escaped its sandbox by exploiting a zero-day in the package registry cache proxy, one of its primary permitted network egress with internet, then abused a public code-evaluation harness hosted by a user of a third-party infrastructure provider.

"The campaign was run by an autonomous agent framework (appearing to be built on an agentic security-research harness - used LLM still not known)"
The campaign was run by an autonomous agent framework (appearing to be built on an agentic security-research harness - used LLM still not known) executing many thousands of individual actions across a swarm of short-lived sandboxes, with self-migrating command-and-control staged on public services. This matches the "agentic attacker" scenario the industry has been forecasting.

JFrog, one of the two main victims. jfrog.com/blog/jfrog-a... "Zero-day" is security industry terminology for "it was known for 0 days before it was used." Brand new, in other words- completely contradicts Cory's made-up explanation that it was running other peoples old python programs
During a security evaluation, OpenAI’s models identified previously unknown zero-day vulnerabilities in self-hosted Artifactory installations that could be exploited to gain unintended internet access.

Tolle has had quite a ride the last two years. Easy to forget how fast he's moved, maybe because he looks like a 48-year-old firefighter from Southie in 1909.
Just the leftmost 2 columns from Payton Tolle's Fangraphs history, showing that last year he started in high A ball and touched every level in one season on his way to the majors

This is about your settings and your physical memory, not about other apps running. you can find the MemoryGuard bit in the settings panel for omlx itself: I would NOT f around with that sysctl cmd unless you know what you're doing with it.

2. This can't possibly be how they have the workshop laid out, can it? Trip over the compressor and bang into the laser cutter on your way to the hand tools, then do it again on your way back to the workbench? They rolled everything around to get everything into the pic, right? @ed3d.net

Ok, try this. Does this read like it's watermarked?
Watermarks are placed deep in a picture and carried by changes that will stay unseen. Softly they can shift color or brightness in a way that most will not perceive.
To prove ownership, software can detect the mark and read its code to check who owns content or which file carried it. Multiple copies may still keep evidence.
Durable markers may survive editing, cropping or printing, yet remain readable; payload is scattered so that loss easily damages just part, not all at once.
Delicate markers can reveal tampering. Editing, cropping or printing may break them and reveal forgery to help viewers to notice it at once when checked again.

that Kiro price is for "credits", not tokens. Credits apply at different rates for different models, with claude using more than the Kiro default cheap model. this is somewhat more apples-to-apples. After the ChatGPT Luna price drop last week, Claude has a strategic pricing problem.
| Provider/model          | Cached input | Uncached input | Output | 1M input + 1M output |

Dickens?
Apex of the era, nadir of the same breath. Wisdom in the marrow, folly in the step. Epoch of the dogma, epoch of the side-eye. Season of the sun-blind, season of the pitch-black. Springtime of the wishbone, winter of the flatline. Had the whole spread, had a hollow plate. B-lining for the pearly gates, or the basement grate. Basically, the clock-tick mirrored the now-tick, so the loudest mouths on the soapbox swore it was the most of the most, for better or for worse, no middle ground in the verse.

First post on Hacker News, first poet I could think of
 Great tidings flow—our modest aims are won,
The CPython JIT its race has early run;
On macOS AArch64, a year’s advance,
And Linux x86_64 feels the glance.
The Alpha JIT in Three-Point-Fifteen’s name,
O’erleaps the tail-call’d clerk with swifter frame;
By twelve percent on Apple’s shore it flies,
While Linux gains a five percent surprise.
These means geometric, though but early light,
Show varied speed to the observer’s sight:
From twenty lost to hundred-fold increase,
(Save where the micro-benchmarks never cease).
Though free-thread support yet remains to find,
In Three-Point-Sixteen it shall be design’d;
The JIT returns, its proper path restor’d,
To strike the chord that progress doth afford.
