Happy Birthday to the boy, Fwukipap! Spending the day vibing with his husband - Anti @inanis-umbra.bsky.social

"Happy Birthday Fwuki! June 11th" Fwuki (OC) staring fondly at his husband, Anti (friend's OC). Anti's hand is visible in frame, implying they're speaking. A cake is set on the table, decorated with fruits, syrup, and frosting.

I got a cheap water gun pack to cool myself off in a whimsical way and only noticed the fatal error the second I used one... (☉_ ☉)

Doodle of me putting a watergun to my chin to spray water on myself and cool off. Basically the jarring image of me happily cooling off vs putting a gun to my own head.

I've started taking photos way more often and it's very fun. I see a cool thing (usually art or flowers), and stop for a bit to enjoy and immortalize it.

Posters on a Chicago building and grafitti of a guy saying "Fuck."

Illustrations on ceiling walls featuring Aztec imagery and other murals.

Experimenting with eye scars in character design, ft. a humanized version of Anti ( @inanis-umbra.bsky.social ) where I tried to translate his cracked eye with human scarring. #characterdesign #ocsky #doodle #sketcg

Character doodle with a scar over right eye, the eye mostly closed due to the injury.

Humanized design of Umbra's OC Anti with scars on right eye mean to parallel the canon cracked eye injury. Eye has scattered scarring and the iris/retina are damaged.

Tanya (created my robot OCs) likes to ramble forever about projects and stuff she's learned, and likes receiving that kind of rambling. That's her biggest way of connecting.

Friend who made Jeremy also likes Disgaea and showed me the wonder of Valvatorez, so I unleash Sardines Guy on vamp Jeremy!!! Jeremy by @umbradoodles.bsky.social #disgaea4 #valvatorez #doodle #sketch #vampire #fantasy

Top: Valvatorez rants about sardines at Jeremy, who's exhausted and internally begging him to shut up.
Bottom: "Snack time!" Valvatorez and Jeremy eating sardines. Val has one sticking out of his mouth slightly, Jeremy is opening his mouth to bite one.

Monarch AU Pik! He's still Pik privately, but takes on the full title "His Majesty Bigada" as monarch. Bigada is particular means basically "flow-strength-lead", or a resilient and flexible leader, in conlang. #ocsky #fantasy #illustration #art #digitalart

Pik, title: His Majesty Bigada. Character reference for this specific AU. Pik is a black man, semitransparent by default. AU Pik is holding a fancy glass cup, wearing a loose black unbuttoned shirt, golden jewelry, and white body paint.

Goofy D&D related doodles from Discord. Characters are from @umbradoodles.bsky.social I am extremely gay. ✨

Carnival ticket that behaves like a snake threatened with a gun. Dialogue: "Alright Motherfucker!"

Fictional codex of friend's OC Aksa (with ties in story to the Aztec god Quetzalcoatl) mourning his deceased child. I got into learning Nahuatl a little and wanted to do a codex in similar spirit to the real codices produced by Aztecs.

Fwuki version, referenced the cracked mask meme directly for his. TW body horror. #oc #ocsky #meme #redraw #doodle #sketch

Cracked mask meme, Fwuki's normal face as a mask, revealing his skull in the cracks. Reference to a meltdown form that involves his body degenerating somewhat and his face gets especially damaged by it.

Got one of those notebook > digital notes devices for a bday gift, one by Huion actually, and it works super well as a drawing tablet. It's fun to have the feel of physical drawing with some of the conveniences of digital. Anyway have an Anti (beloved) @umbradoodles.bsky.social #doodle #sketch

Anti sketch with his right eye cracked open, revealing some of his internal goop / a peek of his fallen form. Most made to test the new Huion, though it also takes inspo from that cracked mask drawing meme.

@umbradoodles.bsky.social was talking about how Jeremy reincarnates into different doctors and decided to design a version of him in the MTS setting pre-Briv's rise to power. TW: self harm scars, suicidal ideation #oc #ocsky #doodle #mts #mournthestars #fantasy #characterdesign #friendoc #magic

Doodles of Jeremy as a healer in MTS, focused on outfit, healing magic snippets, and his struggles with mental health and self harm.

Jeremy: "I wanna kys"
Briv (human): "I can help with that"
Jeremy, looking pissed: "Fuck off, Briv, no one likes you"
Briv is smiling like a shitheel

They make me ill. Jabber should get beaten to death, in the most homosexual sense possible. Also slapping the graphic warning for extremely homoerotic choking bc I mean. It's right there in canon. #janka #gachiakuta #doodle #zanka #jabber #sadomasochism (SFW) #choking

Zanka and Jabber fantasizing about Zanka strangling Jabber, sharing the violent fantasy. Jabber is being his usual freak self while Zanka is annoyed/affectionate.

This kinda just turned into "temptation avoidance" advice, but that is the crux of a boycott, avoiding something. An important note on the website: "The Mass Blackout isn’t just about not spending. It’s about rerouting our time, money, and energy back into our communities."

"Why plan?" I'm very habit-based. I will default to what is easy and familiar most often.

#MassBlackout - fuck capitalism! (https://www.themassblackout.com/)

The way my brain works, just removing a temptation isn't enough, I need to replace it somehow. I can't just sit indoors and tell myself not to go buy things, I have to fill that temptation with something else.

Food: This is a big temptation for me. I want snacks. I like novelty in getting new food.
So: Instead of groceries, use a food bank or what I already have.

I don't expect myself to avoid eating out entirely, so I've found local-only options. No chains!

Same idea with shopping. If I have an alternative, it's not just self-denial, and that's easier for me.

I've also got a list of local activities + info on my local bus system. I've noted libraries, museums, parks, and local markets.

#MassBlackout More info: www.themassblackout.com My thoughts on Mass Blackout, specifically how to actually stick to a general boycott like this when you got a meat brain that wants shiny things and food.

#MassBlackout (Nov 25 - Dec 2) You may have heard about this. If not, it's a general strike/boycott.

tldr: avoid economic participation where you can.
- don't work (if possible)
- avoid shopping, eating out, etc.
- buy small and local if at all
- avoid ads-based platforms

That's a lot! "Can I hold out that long? How do I even do this?"

Well... I think planning helps? What do I need and want? What alternatives exist?

"Fog of Violence" Doing a doodle for the VGen challenge with Fuyuma (best girl). She gets to commit a little homicide as a treat. Mild blood warning.

Doodle of Fuyuma staring enraged at audience, surrounded by magic / a mouth, fog, and, faintly, the arms of Brivigak. Script on the right is "gaka", essentially a dehumanizing way to say "die". Left is just a signature.

Was doodling and wanted to remind myself to date doodles. A lot of my old on paper stuff has no date, so I can't 100% remember when I made them. The dialogue is just Spanish practice, should roughly say: "Anti! Wait! I want to go with you!" #ocsky #art #sketch #doodle #dibujo
