I understand that what Hamas did in their attack was extremely horrible. Israel has the right to defend themselves and try to prevent more attacks. But the destruction of civilian housing. The killing of civilians, at least 74,000. The starvation. This is beyond what an army should do.

Absolutely. The UN is a good start but we need to help it have teeth. Stop the constant wars by working together. If a nation violates treaties impose crippling sanctions on them. Get peace keepers in when possible. What is happening in Ukraine is unlawful. What is happening in Gaza is genocide.
