After a lot of scraping and cleaning, the two tracks to the shed finally work!! These have not worked since ballast was glued like 8 years ago…! Thanks to everyone who gave me cleaning tips! This adds so much operational fun to the layout after so many years! 🚂

Okay, gang. I need some help. The track to the engine sheds has been dead forever. Like since I ballasted 8 years ago. There’s no visible debris in the points. The rail surfaces are spotless. Any suggestions on how to clean the inside of the points more thoroughly?

I’m looking to get 3D printed faces for my Bachmann Peter Sam and Rusty models! Since shapeways is gone, I’m not sure the best way to do this…! I have a potential connection for printing, but I need face files. Anyone have S4 face files? Anyone have the files that also prints?

Duncan taking a coal train up the line! Duncan hasn’t been able to haul trains, since I never bothered to put a coupler on him. The other day, I decided to finally get him coupled up! He struggles a little since his body is so light, so I’ll have to find a way to add weight.
