Day 35. Once again dragged myself out for a little bit. A little better, did a slightly longer loop.

Hoping to be live at 18:30 BST with another SROL watchalong. Tonight the community takes on Road Atlanta for 1 hour and 45 minutes! No promises I'll be able to do it as it'll depend on how the illness progresses today, but fingers crossed. 🙂

Day 34. A little better than yesterday but still pretty horrible. A short trip to Lidl for some soup. 😅

Day 33. Decided I needed a change of scenery so did a 10-minute loop. Yeah... I feel GREAT. 🤒

Day 32! Forgot I promised I'd take my brother to see a Steam train early this morning. Thankfully only a small excursion. 😅

Day 31! An entire months worth of getting out in the world every single day. Tomorrow will (probably) be an enforced end of streak given I've pushed myself too far today. Turns out walking, training and illness is a recipe for a physical collapse while preparing dinner. 😬

Day 30! Almost didn't go out today given illness, but glad I did with the beautiful hazy morning that it was. 🙂

I don't even know what to say. I only hope @iracing.com come to the right conclusion regarding Craig. Good on @yurikasdorp.bsky.social. www.youtube.com/watch?v=RERU...

Day 21. That is three weeks done. What has getting out every single day (and doing at least 10k steps each day) done for me? Certainly not miracles, but small moments have reminded me that it is possible to feel at peace. Today I felt completely at peace for 5 minutes while lying on the grass.

Day 18! A lovely day spent at Bagborough CC for the very end of the club cricket season. Didn't plan on spending the whole match umpiring, but thoroughly enjoyed the day. Can't wait to get back playing next year. 🙂

Day 4. I missed yesterday as I was busy, but back on it today. 🙂 I'm loving how much more green the world looks after just a couple of days of rain.

In an attempt to change my current thought patterns, I'm pushing myself to get out of the house before I turn the PC on or look at my phone. Along the way I decided to take pictures of the same spot on each day. 🙂 Im rather enjoying the progression of each day!
