He had so many classic lines in so many good movies. Still remember his lines from "Dead Poets Society" about what's truly important for life.

No no, I get it. Not what bothered me, but I can clearly see how staying up late to watch that would be unsettling.

... Absolutely terrified of the monkey part in Jumanji. Watching the kid grow a tail and seeing those little fucks run about the place had me worried about dice for months.

Should be interesting to see what people do with all this. Some of them have me less thrilled than others, but still want people to enjoy what they enjoy.

I've found this one, which seems to line up well from what I've seen others do so far

To be fair, there is a whole ass fight with an ancient turned vampire. But yeah, Aetherical vampirism sounds about right to me. Need more of it, and more consequences too

I was caught up thinking after I posted my vampire thing, does Zero count as a vampire? Aether instead of blood, but still. Or all voidsent for that matter.

I mean, the first time we're in the Backrooms, Y'shtola wasted about .02 seconds before pointing at Shale and saying "I'm gonna go help her" and just walked off before any argument could pop up. Like damn girl, I wanted to hang out with the pretty elf girl too

SmallCat @sizeablecat.bsky.social · 18h

Having it be from some big fight is fun as well. Taking a hit in place of an ally or guarding them. Maybe even covering an explosion. I picture a beam struggle getting more scary as you blast an enemy who slowly grows from it.

If you see this, post a vampire that isn't Dracula. A proper hero who fights not only the monsters, but his own nature to stay true to who he is, not what he is.

Look at them both. One is enjoying the view of a giant model while the other is happy to bathe in the attention of the little friend.

Abigail finds them absolutely-fucking-adorable! They will get her business so long as they wave around that little puff ball and flap those pointless little wings.

SmallCat @sizeablecat.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Mase did several weeks worth of work for the flying little puffballs and lost his taste for dealing with them. He found them lazy and easily distracted, so he uses other means of delivering letters/packages.

Lol, I had meant this more than writing. When explaining sometimes to allies or friends. How they learned a spell or knew a secret entrance to a place or knew of a long dead civilization. Still, brevity when writing is a perk he gives. Nice!

Also, that's the better option, since there's another path where they still lose, leaving the big folks to wander around for years afterwards, trying to hide in the wilderness. A "lost relic of the old war" but also massive and super pretty.

The setting of growing somebody huge for combat but forgetting that peace comes afterwards. Needing to set up a Veteran's home for women who are 100+ feet tall and all the interesting things that come with that would be my ideal TV show.

#wolqotd Does your WoL/OC site their sources? A full title and page number? Just an author or spell creator? Maybe even just saying what class they learned something in? Or is it more of the "trust me" style?

Two panel comic involving my Wol (Vye Salad) and her little brother (Caesar Salad).

Panel 1: Caesar leaning over to talk to his big sister, Vye.
Text- Hey, big sis. Introduce me to your cute white-haired friend.

Panel 2: Vye point to the right to an image of Alisaie, Alphinaud, Estinien, Urianger, Thancred, and Y'shtola.
Text- Which one?

But, that alone would have caused even more drama for a lot of reasons in the fandom, so better to have it end how it did.

010

SmallCat @sizeablecat.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

My dream ending for them was finishing the fight against her when she turned Moonbunny, then have her just not die. Maybe turn into a kid, after we fought all her trauma? Would have given her a chance to have a real childhood with a parent that loved her.

110

SmallCat @sizeablecat.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Yeah, the like of "what fucked her up" can be traced back kinda crazy far. Family? ✔️ The Empire? ✔️ Love of Zenos? ✔️ Fandaniel, linking not only the Alagans but also the Ancients? ✔️ ✔️ Would still have loved to see more of Tsuyu following Gosetsu though.

To be fair, she did do all that evil stuff for a while. I know people like to point at Fordola as somebody with a more clean redemption, but both made the choice to openly murder their countrymen. Still would though...

They can be so rude sometimes. Why do they always feel the need to be so tall, do they know how much it hurts our necks to look up so often?

110

SmallCat @sizeablecat.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Mase, as my name may suggest, is small. He is roughly 5 fulms tall and mildly upset about it. Not that it's an issue, but he believes his growth was stunted from his childhood (being found as a baby freezing to death in the snow).
