Caprice and I call *excellent* wrestling every week that is accessible and builds to bigger matches. Said wrestling took super talented wrestlers and elevated them. It gives full-time wrestling jobs to more than the original did for, in many cases, more money. It's fun and good. ROH forever ❤️

Thanks! I'm better with the thinner cuts; screaming hot pan, a minute or two each side, baste, foil wrap and rest for 5-10mins usually does the trick. I've struggled to get the bigger steaks right though, but I'm doing a 850g cote de boeuf later in the month which should be interesting 😅
