I got 2 more episodes, not Flanagan's best this y'know. Maybe having this on the go same time as Exorcist meant it didn't get the right focus and attention When House Of Usher dropped I was watching bare podcasts with the editors and colourists and that, this is any orange and teal bullshit

Enjoyed Hellraiser so far, real world sections come like Outlast 2 meets RE Village with a touch of Condemned: Criminal Origins, I might prefer the cosmic liminal hell dimension stuff though

Mad ting, this took a day and a half on my laptop (32gb ram, RTX 5070 TI) and I completely naused up the settings, rendered it in 4k and Letterboxd to 2;35:1 Sorted it out in fusion but that's a big ol' shift for an incorrect render

This year's Backrooms from Kane Parsons isn't the first horror movie to tap into the dread of liminal spaces, but its overwhelming success has undeniably opened the door for other filmmakers. Movies like Skinamarink, Vivarium, and even The Blair Witch Project all previously explored the idea
