Hä der Sicherheitsaspekt überwiegt hier viel mehr. Alles andere sind weiche Nebeneffekte die sich zusätzlich positiv auswirken auf Gesundheit, Verkehr, Umwelt. Allein letztes Jahr sind 2814 Menschen im Straßenverkehr gestorben.
