when i am uncooked, i'll probably make a whole presentation on this along with my ocs being personifications of which zone cuz there's genuinely so much to unpack from this concept

and of course tarlin’s the one i’m struggling on bro is often seen with sunflowers AND is a metaphor of a sunflower relative to our chaotic sun but also his colour is green and green flowers are rarities in nature so i’m struggling between lily of the valley, hellebore or just clovers or what else

Taobao’s an amazing place for a wide range of cheap but stylish itabags! You can also image search to find lookalikes iirc they do ship direct to the US but I’m unsure whether the policies have changed due to the recent import/customs developments 🤔

i think it’s same name as my main, unless it’s just yuette LOL i haven’t really touched AF much since it always coincides with smash!con which is my biggest event each year OTL no pings for AT’s unfortunately since they’re as spontaneous as making hay while sun shines OTL

thinking about whether it's possible to join AF this year... but if i miss out, perhaps i can just offer like super non-committal art trades with mutuals because: 1) my references are not proper references 2) i really can't promise i can make anything substantial when i already draw 30hrs a week

it’s a sunk cost fallacy L 😭✊ i think i’ve reached acceptance by not taking it seriously anymore because we have another 3 episodes to go 💀

I loved it there but it was so embarrassing walking around Bookcon asking for dragon romance books and getting recommended things like Fourth Wing. Like no I’m not looking for dragon riders I’m looking for dragon “RIDERS” 😡

really can't say until i go and read the LN which may not ever happen but if the 3rd ep was already considered bad, u'll probably hate the 6-7-8 combo episode and whatever joke of a fever dream we've entered after the 8 ep flashback

010 0

Yume 💫 @silyume.bsky.social · 11/06/2026

i genuinely can't tell whether it's like horrible directing/screenplay or bad writing from the LN source previously i wrote off the bad pacing and questionable sequence of storybeats as just poor writing but this episode gave me mental whiplash in all directions

Yume 💫 @silyume.bsky.social · 11/06/2026

i'm too upset by this to post on main but holysht agents of the four seasons episode 11 is so bad i didn't think the series could get any worse it's actually like hot sht but negative

But yeah that aside, it reminds me of Narrator x Protag And a handful of my other OCs who have very deep yet non-descript bonds… which on a superficial level, may be easier to write off as romantic because it’s otherwise too complex to articulate

010 0

Yume 💫 @silyume.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

I do wonder if Kana Akatsuki’s writing theme/area of interest is precisely targeting the more complex, blurred or multilayered forms of love Because having that non-conventional space/rep is something I really appreciate (not that I endorse the relationships or say they are always healthy tho)

Yume 💫 @silyume.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

Mostly in reference to the controversial canon ship in Violet Evergarden which I flagged as “I’m 99% certain their love is more nuanced than traditional romance” And now they proceed to explicitly state in Four Seasons that yeah, Hinagiku and Sakura’s bond is also a love that’s beyond labels

Yume 💫 @silyume.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

I keep joking about Agents of the Four Seasons being littered with yuriful gaze moments And then Ep 6 drops and now it’s a “Yep that’s definitely by the same author of Violet Evergarden, I am so sorry for laughing it off as yuri” #silyap
