Apparently I need to verify my age to DM anyone which I'm not going to do.
Anyway, I'm on a Pixel 7, Android 17, and it doesn't do it when I just go to the page in my browser (Ecosia), only after I've taken the action to install the app browser shortcut thing and use that.
